Refund Eligibility

Lifetime Plan Purchases

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your purchase date. This applies to:

  • Pointerful Lifetime Plan ($149 one-time payment)
  • Any promotional or discounted lifetime purchases
  • Upgrade purchases from free to lifetime

Free Plan

Our free plan does not require payment and therefore is not subject to refunds. You may cancel your free account at any time.

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide your order number or account email
  • Submit your request through our official support channels

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:

Note: While we appreciate feedback, you are not required to provide a reason for your refund request during the 7-day guarantee period.

Refund Processing

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will appear on your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit card purchases: Refunded to the same card
  • PayPal purchases: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Other payment methods: Refunded through the same processor

After the 7-Day Period

After the 7-day guarantee period has expired, refunds are generally not available. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a special situation, please contact us at support@pointerful.com and we'll do our best to help.

Exceptions may be considered for:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages or significant disruptions
  • Other extenuating circumstances at our discretion

Account Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your Lifetime Plan access will be revoked
  • Your account will revert to the Free Plan
  • Premium features will no longer be available
  • Your recordings and data will be retained for 7 days, after which they may be deleted
  • You can export your recordings before the refund is processed

You are welcome to repurchase the Lifetime Plan at any time in the future.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks can take weeks to resolve and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Additional fees from your bank
  • Complications in resolving the issue

Our support team is committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. In most cases, we can process a refund much faster than a chargeback dispute.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

If you purchased Pointerful during a promotional period or with a discount code:

  • You are still eligible for a full refund within 7 days
  • The refund amount will be the actual amount you paid (discounted price)
  • Promotional codes cannot be reused after a refund
  • If you repurchase, the promotional price may no longer be available

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, please contact us immediately at support@pointerful.com. We will refund the duplicate charge promptly, regardless of the 7-day period.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Lifetime Plan

Since the Lifetime Plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges, there is no subscription to cancel. You can:

  • Request a refund within 7 days (full refund)
  • Keep using the service indefinitely (no cancellation needed)
  • Delete your account at any time (no refund after 7 days)

Free Plan

You can delete your free account at any time from your account settings. No refund is applicable as the free plan has no cost.
